Ways to Donate

If you would like to leave us a gift in your will it will be gratefully received, and you will be supporting us to help more women receive the mental health support they need.

Having a will and keeping it up to date ensures that your wishes can be respected and your property and assets benefit people and causes you really care about. We would recommend that you speak to a qualified professional such as a solicitor,
when making or amending your will. Your solicitor will be able to advise on the required wording to carry out your wishes. If you wish to leave a gift to Tyneside Women’s Health in your will, all you need are charity details (Tyneside Women’s Heath, Registered Address: Unit 12, Interchange Centre, West Street, Gateshead, NE8 1BH, and our Registered Charity Number: 1126648).

If you are interested in leaving a gift in your will and want more information, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to talk to you further. If you would like to make a donation in memory of loved one, you can do this using our usual donate process, but feel free to contact us if you would like to talk to someone about this.
My Sister’s Cuppa is a simple way to support women’s mental health and wellbeing in the North East. For the price of a cup of tea, coffee, or a glass of wine each month, you can help fund vital services for women who need someone to lean on.

We all know the power of a cuppa. Sitting down with a friend over tea, coffee, or even a glass of wine can change everything — it’s often the moment when we laugh, cry, or simply feel heard. Most of us would never hesitate to buy a drink for a friend who needs support, because that small gesture shows we care.

But not every woman has someone to share that cuppa with. That’s where we step in. At Newfound, we become that friend — a listening ear, a safe space, a source of support.

My Sister’s Cuppa invites you to donate the cost of one drink a month, so together we can be there for women who might otherwise feel alone. It’s a small act of kindness that, collectively, can make a big difference.

Because no woman should ever feel she has to cope alone and every woman deserves someone in her corner.

We firmly believe that to support women to improve and maintain their emotional health and wellbeing, we must work with other services and organisations in the community.

We host Represent Women as they prepare to become an independent organisation. Represent Women is a representative and advocacy organisation for the women and girls’ sector in the North East. Their primary focus is organisations and groups that are led by and for women and girls. Their aim is to influence and inform decision makers with an evidence-based approach to improving women and girls’ lives. Find out more here: https://representwomenne.org.uk/

We’re always happy to explore formal and informal partnerships, so get in touch!
